Good Hotel for business or for spending some days of vacation in town

Parking in front of the hotel with security, friendly personnel, clean rooms. Good price. We did not spend a lot of time - so not much to comment on. I would book it again.

Lovely devocated staff

The service delivered by the team is better than what you can have in a palace. They literally give you their heart.

The hotel is a good value. But you should improve the AC on the rooms that is a bit noisy and get more comfortable beds.

A very convenient hotel near everything.

Highly professional staff. I had to change a very nice room with a great view on the city for AC issues. Staff positively reacted and a similar room was assigned to me the day after.

I had to spend a night wiout AC for technical reasons. Fortunately, I was relocated to another room. But I had to wait untill 2 p.m. for the room to be cleaned. Breakfast to be improved.

Great Budget hotel

Staff friendly and the place was overall clean and tidy. Bedroom cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Not a hair in sight or dirt!!

The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. The variety of breakfast wasn't great especially if your dairy or gluten intolerant.

Good location, breakfast and staff

1- The staff are nice, especially Sufian who helped me to get a better room with a very nice view and balcony. 2- The location is good and central, between the city and the old city and very close to the train station. 3- The breakfast was really good and satisfying.

1- I got the wrong room at the beginning, but the issue was solved the next day. 2- The pillows were not really comfortable, but also the issue was solved.

Good stay, the room was really clean and comfortable.

The room was really clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Rabat and you can walk to the nearby old Medina. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was a bit small and the shower did not have a ventilation system which made the room get a bit steamy after taking a shower. Other than that nothing to complain about. Maybe the price is a bit high for such facilities.

The room was clean, and staff members were accommodating and friendly. The hotel is close to Medina.

My room was on the smaller side with no view whatsoever, I usually expect bigger rooms with some view at this price range.

First visit to Morocco.

The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was ample size for the 3 of us, clean with a good bathroom. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the location is perfect.

Nothing to say negative really though it would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room to make a coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed walking through the Médina which was very close by. Nice way to end our three week visit

Staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful. Though we had to leave for the airport at 2:30 a.m., the staff made sure the taxi arrived and assisted with our luggage. They were also helpful in helping us find an open restaurant for our last dinner in Morocco, a challenge during Ramadan.

Comfortable affordable Hotel in downtown Rabat, close to tourist attractions with friendly staff

The location of this hotel to downtown Rabat, Medina, Oudayas and other tourist attraction is hard to beat. I liked that is had easy access, free parking. The staff were first class, especially the front desk and bell boy. Breakfast was good and provided all the essentials to start the day

The rooms need updating. Bathrooms need ventilation and hand shower connected to the toilets for hygiene.
